EMSRIE
This project lead evidence synthesis to inform global food security strategies, bridging donor, multilateral, and public-sector priorities through new decision-support tools and multi-agency working groups on policy and programs. It launched rapid, cost-efficient measurement protocols to validate impact claims and ensure findings directly influenced decision-making at USAID and across interagency partners. By engaging C-level diplomatic stakeholders and applying behavioral insight it embedded research and learning into the design and implementation of the Global Food Security Strategy
Third Party Monitoring in Somalia and South Sudan
This project aligned donor, government, and civil society partnerships to generate timely, credible monitoring data and turn it into actionable insights for program adaptation. This included managing high-level relationships with ministries, donors, and UN agencies, while co-designing national learning agendas and planning frameworks with government and private-sector counterparts to ensure that monitoring findings informed strategy and resource allocation.
