Impact Finance and Public Goods
- Provide strategic advisement on how to use tokenization and blockchain for carbon, biodiversity or impact credits, including market mapping, partner selection, and risk analysis.
- Review and design governance, data, and assurance frameworks for blockchain-based traceability of commodities, medicines, or relief items to meet donor, ESG, and regulatory expectations.
- Advise impact investors, DFIs, and foundations on integrating web3-based impact instruments into their strategies, including due diligence, safeguards, and monitoring and evaluation approaches
- Design web3-aligned funding and allocation mechanisms (e.g., quadratic funding, on-chain grant pools) at a conceptual and policy level, ensuring alignment with existing fiduciary and MEL standards.
- Provide governance design advisory for DAOs and multi-stakeholder structures, covering constitutions, decision rules, accountability mechanisms, and integration with off-chain legal entities.
- Facilitate strategy and governance processes, stakeholder mapping, incentive and tokenomics review, and participatory rule-making for digital public goods and cross-border communities.
Financial Inclusion and Local Development
- Advise on the use of stablecoins and crypto rails for payments, remittances, and aid, including regulatory landscape reviews, risk assessments, and fit-for-purpose use-case selection.
- Provide technical guidance on designing community-facing digital currency, voucher, or credit schemes so they complement local financial ecosystems and social protection systems.
- Support NGOs, governments, and social enterprises with policy, compliance, and operational readiness assessments for responsible adoption of web3 tools in low-income and fragile contexts.
